RIASEC, the Holland Codes
Interests capture what naturally pulls a student toward certain work. Answers sort into six types: Realistic (hands-on), Investigative (analysis), Artistic (creative), Social (helping people), Enterprising (leading, persuading), and Conventional (structure, detail). A student’s two strongest types form their interest code, such as IR for Investigative and Realistic.

We look at five applied strengths you use: Interpersonal, Intrapersonal, Naturalistic, Practical and Creative. Instead of asking you to rate yourself, we ask what you have really done, and how often, so your result reflects genuine ability backed by evidence, not confidence or guesswork, and shows where you already have something to build on.

The Big Five
Personality captures how a student is naturally wired, with no better or worse, only what is true for them. Anveshan shows the five dimensions in plain, friendly language, with the established technical term alongside each: Curiosity (Openness), Drive and Focus (Conscientiousness), Energy with People (Extraversion), Working with Others (Agreeableness), and Calm Under Pressure (Emotional Stability).
Your Aptitude
Four reasoning domains
A short, light look at how a student reasons across four domains: Verbal (words), Numerical (numbers), Logical (patterns) and Spatial (shapes). It is deliberately low-stakes and brief, read against others of the same grade as a directional snapshot of strengths, not a final or complete measure of a student’s ability.

Vocational work values
Work Values capture what a student actually wants from their work, the things that would make a career feel right: security and a stable income, independence and autonomy, creativity and self-expression, helping people and social impact, status, recognition and leadership, variety, and work-life balance. It is a mirror for reflection, not a ranking.

For Parents
You want the best for your child, and you want to be sure. Anveshan gives you a steady, research-backed picture of your child’s interests, strengths and abilities, so the conversation at home starts from evidence, not pressure. We never show earnings, so fit comes first, and a real counsellor is there whenever you want one.

For 6-8 grade students

For younger students, Anveshan is a light, friendly exploration, not a test. In about twenty minutes it helps your child notice what they enjoy and are good at, then points parents toward fun things to try. It names no stream and no career, so curiosity leads and every door stays open. There is no score and no label, just a gentle first look at who your child is becoming, and the start of a journey that grows deeper as they do..
There is no score and no label, only encouragement, and when your child reaches the senior years the in-depth assessment is ready to take them further.
For 9-12 grade students
For senior students, Anveshan goes deep. In about forty-five minutes it reads your child’s interests, strengths, abilities, personality and values, then gives them an honest report: their best-fit careers, the real road to each, their subjects for the year ahead, and Disha to talk it through. It is a mirror, not a verdict, so you and your child see them clearly, and the choice stays theirs to make with you. A clear next step, in your language.
